A Bit about me…
Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you is important so here’s a bit about me:
What I am like:
I am friendly and down to earth and I don’t judge. Life can be hard, we all make mistakes and no-one is perfect. I believe we all have things to process and work on and this can be a very freeing, positive experience.
How I work:
I am a pluralistic Counsellor which means I adapt my approach to what works best for you, be it psychodynamic therapy to look at how the past comes into the present, person- centred therapy to allow thoughts/ feelings to be explored, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help challenge negative thoughts that can affect us and hold us back.
Where I am at: I have been practicing counselling for 1 year under placements and am now qualified for private practice counselling.
Where I am based: I am available online or for face to face sessions in Greater Manchester.
