King’s Trust Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling

This qualification allows me to work with you therapeutically, using the Pluralistic approach which allows me to draw on different approaches to tailor-make the best approach for you. For example, Pluralistic therapy uses the person-centred approach to build a trusting and safe relationship where you can explore your feelings and emotions. This can combine with the psychodynamic approach, exploring how the past and our defence mechanisms can affect our present, and with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which allows us to explore how our patterns of thinking affects our feelings, reactions and behaviours.”
